AHES Pick/Drop Protocol:

– To ensure a safe, smooth and efficient traffic flow, parents are requested to follow the pick/drop protocol that specifies entrance and exit points to the campus as well as designated pick up and drop off points.

-All parents are requested to comply with staff as they manage traffic flow. This plan was developed under the instruction of the property’s landlord and must be followed.

Morning Traffic Flow:

– All parents are to enter the campus from Erindale Station Rd in front of the grocery store as marked on the map.  Do NOT enter at the traffic light.  While this entrance seems far from the campus, it will ensure that traffic does not get congested at any point.

– Following the route on the map, parents will pull up alongside the building in a “kiss & drop” line to drop students off at the side of the building.  AHES staff will be there to provide supervision.  Students will then walk along the sidewalk into the school.

– Parents must exit the campus from the Central Parkway Exit in front of the school and must turn right onto Central Parkway.  Do NOT turn left onto Central Parkway.

Note: If parents need to park their car in the morning, you must park in the designated parking area (see map).

Afternoon Traffic Flow:

– All parents are to enter the campus from Erindale Station Rd in front of the grocery store as marked on the map.  Do NOT enter at the traffic light.  While this entrance seems far from the campus, it will ensure that traffic does not get congested at any point.

– Cars are to park in the designated parking area (see map) that is behind the Chinese grocery store.  Do NOT park in front of local businesses next to the school.

– Parents are to walk into school, give their name to staff, and wait for their child(ren) to walk to the lobby from class.  Parents are responsible for supervision of their own children in the parking lot as they walk to the car.

September Casa Pick/Drop

– For the month of September, Casa parents must drop their children to and pick their children up from the classrooms.

Please note:

– Parents must NOT enter the campus from the Central Parkway entrance during pick/drop hours because it is opposite to the traffic flow pattern.

– All parents leaving the campus must turn right on Central Parkway.

– For parents needing to enter the school, please park in the designated parking (see map) and not in front of any neighboring businesses.
