In the event of any short or long term absences such as sick days, vacations other than the designated holidays during the school year, parents must notify the school of their child’s absence. We encourage you to let us know 1-2 weeks in advance and proactively coordinate with the teacher(s) to determine the plan for the missed work. Parents and students are responsible to submit any tests, assignments, or assessments according to the agreed upon time with the teacher on GCR.
Please note: Teachers will not be held responsible for any curriculum content missed during the leave to be re-taught.
