We’re a startup Islamic High School, and are currently in the process of getting accredited with the Ministry of Education, insha’Allah. Currently, enrollments are open for the 2023-2024 school year, semester 2 only. The following course is available starting February 2024:

Acceptance Offer & Pay any fees

Step 1: On-Line Application & Application Documents

Fill out the Online Application Form and pay a one-time application fee (this fee is non-refundable). Please have the following documents ready to be uploaded in order for the application to be complete:

  1. Grade 8 report card (final), and proof of enrollment if you’re a current student. 
  2. Birth Certificate, PR Card or Passport for proof of Canadian Residence & age.
  • A confirmation will be emailed with your Application Number. This Application Number is very important and will be used as a reference for your application.
  • Your application will be kept on file in sequence and you will be contacted when it is time for Step Two.
  • If you do not have the documents ready then you may save the form by clicking on “Save and Continue Later”.

Step 2: Admissions Interview

Once a completed application is received, and it meets minimum requirements, the prospective student will be scheduled for an Admission Interview. The interview will be to assess the child’s basic communication skills, assess his/her current course load and ability to manage an online course, as well as general management skills. A decision regarding next steps will be emailed to you.

Step 3: Acceptance & Payment Of Fees

After a successful interview, the parent(s)/child will be notified regarding a final admissions decision. To reserve their spot, the course fee must be paid within one week of being accepted.<br /> This fee is non-refundable. Kindly note, all fees and dues must be cleared before the appropriate due dates. The school retains the right to cancel the admission based on unpaid dues or incomplete applications.

FAQ’s

My child goes to Al Huda Elementary School. Do I have to submit an application for them?

Yes, all applicants for high school are considered new students so they must fill out an application again.

How will I know if my child is accepted?

All communication related to admissions will be done via email. You’ll hear from us within 4-5 business days.

When will the course start?

The course is scheduled to start in February 2024. The exact date will be communicated via email.

What are the timings of the course?

The course will be offered on two weekday evenings a week and online it will be completed online. The exact schedule will be shared in a couple of weeks.
